Ab Salute ‘Intensity’ – High intensity class that will push your body to the max; incorporates a cardio workout that will improve all aspects of fitness from strength, speed, cardio vascular fitness to agility and flexibility.      

Ab Salute ‘Fight style’ – A high intensity class that incorporates all forms of martial arts style movements from tai chi, kick boxing, karate and judo; this class will push your body to the max giving you a workout you will never forget improving strength, speed and endurance whilst toning all those key muscles.      

Ab Salute ‘Freestyle’ – A class for those who like to burn calories dancing to the latest tunes; a fun and enjoyable way to get fit, tone those muscles and most importantly let your inhibitions go.      

Ab Salute ‘Pump’ – A class that incorporates circuits and weights with high reps that is sure to get the blood pumping and the muscles toned; feel the burn, gain lean muscle as the after effects help you get in shape.      

Ab Salute ‘Step’ – A well known class that incorporates a step, a mat and some good music that will develop your all round fitness, agility, strength and coordination whilst burning some serious calories.      

METAFIT – A 30 min workout that will continue to burn fat 24 hours after; incorporating big muscle movements along with high intensity intervals, this class will leave you begging for a rest but the rewards will have you coming back for more.      

Ab Salute ‘Spin’ – The ultimate way to burn calories without going anywhere, push yourself to the limit in one of our dark spin classes, where the only person you can cheat is yourself.      

Ab Salute ‘Yoga’ – A class that will help you distress, relax, improve flexibility and posture whilst helping to create harmony in the body and a sense of wellbeing.      

Ab Salute ‘Zumba’ – A dance fitness program that incorporates many dance styles from hip hop through to salsa and samba; a great way to get fit whilst having fun.  

MMA - Our Martial Arts Programs are designed to meet the needs of most individuals. It combined's fitness, strength, flexibility whilst learn the art of discipline and self defense.    

BJJ (Brazillian Jui Jitsu) - The benefits of Jiu-Jitsu change according to the situation, goals, people. But practice of a self defense that is proven effective in a healthy environment, where there is companionship, makes the student more secure. It’s all interconnected. With this, the practitioner has higher self-esteem, accompanied by an improvement in fitness and greater sociability.

W.O.W (Women On Weights) - This is a workshop run by the managing director himself, he believes the best way to sculpture your body to the way you want is by using resistance. You will learn the essential guidelines to changing your body whilst having a great workout. It will give you the confidence to continue your training outside of the workshop and build a stronger, fitter you.
